It’s good to know somethings just don’t change. This could have been recorded in 1980 and we would not have known. We need consistent things in life and AC/DC gives that to us.
This is a new sneak peak single off of their upcoming album.
Well…they continue their tradition of a riff and a few chords and it works every single time. Brian Johnson, Cliff Williams, and Phil Rudd are back with them and they are coming out with a new album called…Power Up.
The album will contain unreleased songs that were written by Angus and his late brother Malcolm, who died in 2017.
“This record is pretty much a dedication to Malcolm, my brother,” Angus Young said… “It’s a tribute for him like ‘Back in Black’ was a tribute to Bon Scott.”

I like to listen to AC/DC sometimes just to remind myself what rock sounds like…I’ll make a note of the upcoming album but will look for your full review!
I listened to this and couldn’t believe it…I should believe it as birds fly and dogs bark…they don’t sound any different.
I read an interview from the guy who engineered a few of their records. He reckons the sound in the room is exactly like the record. Those boys keep it simple

And at a decent price as well! So I had to preorder in case there is a price spike!
I’m a big AC/DC fan. I love them! BUT, this one’s a little too formula for me. There’s no special sauce that makes it stand out from all the other AC/DC songs.
It just astounds me on how they don’t’ change whatsoever…I like them for that…and they remain relevant. I’m anxious to listen to see what else they have.
Glad to see some normalcy for 2020 because we know their sound isn’t going to change. And thankfully so.

Just gave it a listen…there’ s no mistaking who that is. I was surprised Brian Johnson was back with them, thought Axl Rose had replaced him. This one a little better than I would’ve expected, definitely has that ‘Back in Black’ or ‘For those About to Rock’ sound.
It must have been just for that tour thank goodness.
Finally something from the long debated upcoming album – had completely missed the release of that tune. And, yep, holy smoke – sounds like good ole’ AC/DC!

It’s not just 3 or 4 cords. They add so much extra stuff to the guitar parts.
Yea it’s a riff with 4 chords…that is the way they play which there is nothing wrong with it. It’s a cool riff. It’s the structure of others. A D G C with the riff around it.

I like this hard-rocking sound and nobody does it like AC/DC. Amazing they are back with new music. Rock & Roll is Forever!
